Content Policy
Last updated 17 July 2026
PostAviary publishes to your own connected accounts on your behalf. You're responsible for what gets published — this policy sets the boundaries.
1. Prohibited content
You may not use PostAviary to generate or publish content that:
- Is illegal, or promotes illegal activity.
- Contains hate speech, harassment, or targeted abuse of any individual or group.
- Spreads deliberate misinformation, including false financial, health, or legal claims.
- Infringes someone else's intellectual property, or impersonates a real person or brand.
- Is sexually explicit, or otherwise not appropriate for a professional network.
- Is spam, or built from scraped or plagiarized content that isn't genuinely yours.
2. You're responsible for claims in your posts
This applies with extra weight to the Custom (verbatim) lane and Promo category — content you write or specifically request is published exactly as given. PostAviary does not fact-check claims about your business, credentials, or results.
3. Regulated topics
If your content touches finance, health, or legal topics, PostAviary applies a stricter, compliance-aware quality check. You're still responsible for ensuring your claims are accurate and appropriately caveated.
4. AI-generation disclosure
Every post PostAviary publishes is AI-generated from your own writing samples. You're responsible for complying with any platform or jurisdictional disclosure requirements that apply to you.
5. Enforcement
Because customers share our publishing infrastructure, one account violating this policy can put others at risk. We reserve the right to pause automation, disable a workspace, or terminate an account that violates this policy — with or without prior notice for severe violations.
