PostAviary is a product of Grandfield Media, Plot No 93, Koundinya Nagar, Nacharam, Hyderabad, Telangana 500076, India ("Grandfield Media," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using PostAviary, you agree to these terms.
1. What PostAviary does
PostAviary generates and publishes social media posts in your own writing style, learned from sample posts you provide, on a schedule you control. It is a software-as-a-service product; it is not a marketing agency and does not guarantee engagement, followers, or business outcomes.
2. AI-generated content
Posts are drafted by an AI model trained on the writing samples you upload, then checked against a style and originality gate before publishing. Every post PostAviary publishes on your behalf is, in whole or in part, AI-generated.
3. Ownership and responsibility
- You own every post published through your account, generated or custom.
- You are solely responsible for the content published to your own connected accounts, including any factual claims, promotional statements, or professional advice it contains.
- Content must comply with our Content Policy. We may pause or terminate accounts that don't.
4. Your account
You must provide a valid email address and keep your connected account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
5. Credits, plans, and billing
PostAviary is a subscription service. Plan pricing is shown on our Pricing page. Billing, when checkout is live, is handled by our payment processor. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how failed posts, refunds, and cancellations work.
6. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Content Policy, including accounts that put our shared publishing infrastructure at risk for other customers.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
PostAviary is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Grandfield Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including reputational or business harm from published content.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
