Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated 17 July 2026
Posts published — no refund for them. Posts failed — we troubleshoot, verify, and refund the credits.
1. How this works
A credit is spent when a post is successfully generated, quality-checked, and published. Once a post is live, that credit is not refundable — the work was done and delivered.
If a post fails anywhere in the pipeline before publishing, the credit is never charged in the first place. If a failure happens at the publish step itself, it's routed to our support queue with a full timeline of what happened; an admin verifies the failure and issues a one-click credit refund. You'll see "we're looking into your post" — never a raw error.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not delete your account or data.
3. Freeze and thaw
If your subscription is cancelled or lapses, your remaining credit balance is retained but frozen— it doesn't disappear, and it doesn't keep spending on automated posts. Resubscribing thaws your balance and adds a new monthly grant on top.
4. No top-ups
Credits come from your plan's monthly grant — there's no separate option to purchase extra credits outside a plan.
5. Payment disputes and dunning
Payment processing, failed-payment retries, and dunning are handled by our payment processor under their standard terms.
6. Requesting a refund review
If you believe a published post shouldn't have gone out, or a failed post wasn't refunded correctly, contact support@postaviary.comand we'll investigate.
